Refund & Return Policy

At DYAMORÉ, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  We accept returns for store credit or exchanges, and offer refunds if an item is defective or incorrect.


Exchanges & Store Credit

We accept returns for store credit or exchanges if the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • All original tags are still attached

To start a return for store credit or request an exchange, please email us at info@dyamore.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds to Original Payment Method

Refunds to your original payment method are only available if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is returned in unworn, original condition with tags attached

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval and process your refund to the original payment method (minus a 3% credit card processing fee) within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel your order, please email us at info@dyamore.com within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing or shipped and can no longer be canceled.
